Unfortunately due to the nature of the hotel, we are unable to accomodate children under tha age of 12, pets or Stag/Hen parties.

In busy periods payment may be taken in full 4-6 weeks in advance and a weeks notice is required for a refund on the booking. ie Airshow, Great North Run and other special events. You will be informed of this at the time of the booking
All event bookings (especially concerts) booked more than 3 months in advance are subject to a price review, you will be notified within 7 days of booking and given an opportunity to pay the difference or find alternative accomodation. The management reserve the right to amend prices in accordance with local business guidelines
Credit or debit card details are required to book rooms for security of the hotel
Bookings will be charged the full amount and are non refundable if you do not show up at the hotel for your reservation. Please contact the hotel for further information regarding this
Breakfast
Full Breakfasts are an additional £14.99 and Continental Breakfasts are £10.99, all breakfast prices are per person per breakfast and can be booked on arrival.
Late Check In?
If you are wanting to check in after 8pm but please give us enough notice so staff can be arranged for your arrival as staff are not available onsite 24hours due to us being a small family owned business.
A late check in fee may beapplied between 9pm – 12am if no notice is given for a late check in.
Please note we do not take guests in after midnight unless arranged around the time of booking (this will have to be agreed to by the owners). Anyone checking in after midnight with no prior arrangement will be unable to check in and will not be refunded for their stay.
It is vital that you inform the hotel of a late check in to avoid any fees or disappointment

Check out time is 10am but can be extended for an extra charge depending on availability – ask hotel for further details
